
Elaine Hanna joined our firm in March 2021 as Client Administrative Manager for Personalized Financial Solutions. Elaine’s primary focus is to manage and enhance the overall client experience. She works closely with our team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Some of the ways she can assist include New Client Onboarding, Transaction Requests and Account Updating. With over 10 years of experience in client administrative roles, she is prepared to continually take on new and complex client related requests. Elaine values getting to know each one of our clients. She understands that this is the cornerstone in building strong relationships. Her goal is that each of our clients feels as though they are a part of the PFS Family.
When Elaine is not in the office, she loves spending time with her friends, family and her four legged pal Kona. She enjoys traveling, exploring Tampa Bay, reading and the occasional Netflix binge.
